Changes to display logically grouped services in a separate card.
An enhancement to the user registration page, so when a user enter an email that is already exist in MTOA database, a popup window appears and gives an option to the user to recover the existing myTCAccount account instead of just creating new account / loosing the existing enrollments associated with the email address
Updated content for error page and created page not found. The new p[age also supports bilingual.
