Occasionally a template will get corrupted from using it too many times. Book marks ; bookmarks are lost etcalso lost.
In order to resolve, launch the NAPA application by selecting NAPA_SNAPA in Citrix Explorer.
Go to the Tools Menu
Options Menu
And select menu items Tools-->Options-->Reset NAPA Cache and Template filesFiles
Then see if

Verify whether the Document, Certificate, or Datasheet can be created /or recreated.
