Errors when creating Certificates, Documents, or Datasheets

Occasionally a template will get corrupted from using it too many times; bookmarks are also lost.

In order to resolve, launch the NAPA application by selecting NAPA_SNAPA in Citrix Explorer.

Go to the menu items Tools-->Options-->Reset NAPA Cache and Template Files

 

Verify whether the Document, Certificate, or Datasheet can be created or recreated.
