Occasionally a template will get corrupted from using it too many times. Book marks ; bookmarks are also lost etc.
Client needs to go to the Tools Menu
Options Menu
And select In order to resolve, launch the NAPA application by selecting NAPA_SNAPA in Citrix Explorer.
Go to the menu items Tools-->Options-->Reset NAPA Cache and Template filesFiles
...
Then see if Verify whether the Document/, Certificate/, or Datasheet can be created /or recreated.
