Changes to display logically grouped services in a separate card.
An enhancement to the new user registration page - Added a validation of the email address when the form is submitted. If the form is successfully validated and if the email exists, the user will be redirected to a new page to enable the recovery of the enrollments associated with the existing myTCAccount account.
Created a new “Not Found” page to display friendly error message in both official language when the user navigates to a non-existing pages.
