Activating ‘Application Developer’
To be able to access the user/group management for the ROFS application, you must first activate your “Application Developer” role in Azure
Navigate to https://aad.portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_PIMCommon/ActivationMenuBlade/~/aadmigratedroles
Under Eligible assignments , click Activate on the Application Developer role
In the Activate - Application Developer panel, enter a reason and click Activate
