As an aspiring or existing Full Stack Developer, Scrum Master, Technical Advisor, or Team Leader with DSD-Marine, you are responsible to growing and maintaining your digital talent and skills needed for your position. To ensure that you have the tools, skills, and a workplace culture to succeed in the digital era, you must continue to focus on training and learning whenever possible.  It is recommended that each DSD-Marine team member devote one full day per calendar month towards training and career development.  If you feel that you need more or less training, please speak with your Scrum Master and immediate supervisor for further assistance, advice, or recommendations.
