Change Hotkey for Screen Pass

It is a combo that many developers use on a daily basis to activate IntelliSense (auto-complete), but at TC it is also the default hotkey to activate Screen Pass (the screensaver that tells you how many people tried logging into your workstation while you were away).

NB: This fix requires administrative privileges to execute.

INSTRUCTIONS

Go to Registry Editor, and set the following key values:
