MAACE-Marine Support Schedule
The following is a list of MAACE Marine technical advisors and Team Triton (support) developers who have volunteered to be on standby for callback on weekends for support and release purposes.
Standby hours will start at 8 AM and end at 8 PM on any given day of rest (Saturdays, Sundays, Statutory Holidays)
Employee standby/callback/overtime will follow the CS Collective Agreement (Article 8, Article 9, Article 10)
Consultants will be compensated for callback time, paid at the hourly rate outlined in their contracts. Compensation for standby time is not available for consultants.
Please ping Justin Green on Teams at the start and end of your standby period. If you get a callback during this time, please provide details regarding hours worked and issues resolved to Justin Green.
