Scrum/Agile Onboarding Cheatsheet

Overview of Scrum

Scrum is one of the most popular Agile frameworks. With Scrum, teams can be adaptive, iterative, fast, flexible, and effective in the delivery of value to their stakeholders. A scrum project involves a collaborative effort to create a new product, service, or other results as defined by the Project Vision Statement. Scrum ensures transparency in communication and creates an environment of collective accountability and continuous progress.

Our team has developed a shared understanding of what we feel is respectful behavior and communication through our Team Working Agreement ( Please review ). The Working Agreement is a simple and powerful tool used in Agile projects to create explicit and adaptable guidelines ( updated frequently) for what kind of work culture we want for our Team.

Our Team is not only committed to working in an agile way, we also aim to harness the personal benefits of an agile values-driven culture.
