Working agreement is made between scrum team members about how things should be done over the course of a sprint and how we will work together as a team.

They help develop a sense of shared responsibility, increase awareness of personal behavior and empower the facilitator to lead the group according to the agreements.

Everyone focuses on the work of the Sprint and the goals of the Scrum Team

  • Staying engaged in meetings through active participation and asking questions

  • Clearly define goals and objectives

  • Focus on the purpose of the meeting, timebox discussions, strive to document meeting outcomes and action items

Commitment

People personally commit to achieving the goals of the Scrum Team

  • Recognize that individual success is intertwined with team success.

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining high quality standards

  • Offer assistance to others proactively, fostering collaboration and mutual support

Respect

Scrum Team members respect each other to be capable, independent people

  • Always acknowledge your colleagues, as well as their opinions, views, accomplishment and ideas

  • Allow everyone the opportunity to speak

  • Promote a team culture that values and respects everyone's time

Openness

The Scrum Team agree to be open about all the work and the challenges with performing the work

  • Embrace a collaborative approach where we openly share our ideas, recommendations , concerns and challenges

  • Seek assistance when needed, and remain open to receiving feedback and making enhancements
