Definition of Done (Product Backlog Item)

  • Please practice responsible memory making and update the PBI on each status change and at daily scrums

  • New -> PBI is created

  • Design -> Being designed during Backlog Grooming

  • Refinement → PBI is ready for a refinement session

  • Approved -> PBI is ready for development/Planning session

  • Committed -> Developer is working on PBI

  • Ready -> Development work is done but waiting on deployment to QA Environment

  • Test -> PBI dev is done and is available in QA Environment for Test by Product Owner, then Quality Assurance Testor

  • Test Failed -> PBI has been updated with test plan by Product Owners or Quality Assurance Testor and reassigned to the developer for further development

  • Test Passed -> Accepted by Product Owners and Quality Assurance Testor, Ready to Deploy to ACC Environment

  • Blocked -> Dev is blocked, reassign to the party that can unblock. Mention at standup until unblocked.

  • Done -> Testing has passed in QA and the functionality has been moved to ACC
