How to add Users to Training Environment

 Instructions

1. Go to the training Environment and search for the user to see if they are added already, if not click on Add Users as shown in the picture
   
   

   Open

   

2. Then enter the user name you want to add and add it
   
   

   Open

   

3. If you get this error, it means that we will have to disable some plug in

4. Next step is, go into the training Environment Solution and go to the Plug-in Step and Turn these particular plugs in off.

5. Then go back to step 1, to add the user you want to add to the Training Environment, add the user then select the role you want to them that user.

6. Then go back to the plug-in and turn it back on and we are all done
