How to add user to a Dynamics environment

  1. Request a license using the PACE form.

    1. Choose Stakeholder Consultation and Engagement Management

    2. Choose License assignment

    3. For all users and devs, choose Power Apps per User.

    4. Add the total number of licenses requested

    5. Add the names of the users in the following format:

      1. Firstname Lastname <firstname.lastname@tc.gc.ca>, Bob McBob<bob.mcbob@tc.gc.ca>, etc.

  2. Once the licenses are received from the PACE team, go into the system (ex. Acceptance environment) and add the correct business unit / roles for the user.

    For example:

    Click Security > Users > Search for the user > Change their Business Unit > Change their Roles

     



     





For Developers

Teams:

  • Public Engagement Administrators

  • Transport Canada

Roles:

  • Basic User

  • Customer service app access

  • System Customizer
