  • MEMS is a Citrix delivered application.
  • All instances of X.X.X below should be replaced by the version number.
  • Deploy to production is on the weekend

Instructions

  1. Contact Mike Clark, Jolanta Hnatiuk, or someone else from Grant Donaldson's team to ask them to create everything required for a Citrix Release.
  2. Publish MEMS to \\ncrfs352\MSCA\PRODUCTION\RUNTIME\vX.X.X
  3. Copy contents of https://dev.azure.com/DSD-Marine/MSS-Portfolio/_git/MEMS/Code/sp to:
    1. \\ncrfs352\MSCA\ACCEPTANCE\sp\X.X.X
    2. \\ncrfs352\MSCA\DEVELOPMENT\sp\X.X.X
    3. \\ncrfs352\MSCA\PRODUCTION\sp\X.X.X
    4. \\ncrfs352\MSCA\TRAINING\sp\X.X.X
  4. Copy everything from \\ncrfs352\MSCA\PRODUCTION\RUNTIME\vX.X.X\Application Files\MSCA_X_X_X_X to the folder designated by Citrix Packing Group (Most likely determined by Mike Clark or Jolanta Hnatiuk, and most likely \\ncras22\CSSG Release\CSSG Staging\MEMS\X.X.X)
  5. They will ask you to test in their DEV environment (https://citrixstorefrontd.tc.gc.ca/Citrix/DevAppsWeb) or ACC environment (https://citrixstorefront.tc.gc.ca/Citrix/TCACCAppsweb)
  6. You will receive a confirmation email when it is ready to test.
    1. For example: 
    2. If you are having trouble accessing the application, trying accessing from mydesk and launch from the start menu. Wait for the app icon to load.
  7. FYI Citrix apps are usually pushed out Saturday mornings. Have someone available to test that it worked ok.
