  1. Locate the previous production release ticket for CAMMS (normally titled “PROD - Civil Aviation Medical Management System (CAMMS-SMMAC)“) and open it.

  2. Click on the “Copy Change Request” icon and select the options shown in the image below.

  3. The following fields need to be modified:

    1. Requested for: The name of the change coordinator

    2. Description: List of PBI and bugs from DevOps. (Doesn’t need to be 100% accurate)

    3. Change Coordinator

    4. Scheduled Dates (Start and end dates)

    5. Risk Level: Click on “Override risk level manually” and set it to 2.

  4. Click on Copy Change at the bottom.

  5. At the bottom of the page, click on Edit and change the change request number in the execution plan.

  6. When the change is considered complete and ready for the approval process, click on the Draft label left of the progress bar and select “Request for authorization” and click save.

  7. Redo step 6, but this time select “Request for change”.

Fix Copy Change Error:

The creator of CRQ1524 selected "Applications > Internal Application - Application interne > Civil Aviation - Aviation civile" as the category location of the CAMIS product, but in fact the correct location is "Applications > Internal Application - Application interne > Aviation Safety-Sécurité aérienne".

Therefore, when you encounter this error, delete all text from the Product Category field and simply type in the name of the product (CAMIS) and then select the result that appears. This will correct the category and you will be able to copy the change successfully.
