Team Working Agreement & Schedule (Transferred to Wiki)

1. Be Respectful When Working With Others

   • We will check in at each retrospective.

2. Respect Other’s Time

   • Core working hours: 10 AM - 3 PM (no lunch meetings).

   • Daily standups are at 10 AM.

   • Be on time to meetings.

   • Keep Outlook calendar up to date.

   • Let the team know of your absences in advance (if possible).

3. Communication

   • Use MS Teams for daily conversations. Anything that needs to be kept for future reference will be documented in our Confluence wiki. Documents will be stored in the Team Medevac SharePoint.

   • Bring up issues as they arise, do not wait until the next retro/meeting.

   • Turn on camera during team meetings.

4. Fun Every season we will have a team activity (e.g. play a game, etc).

5. Revisit working agreement at each team anniversary & when a new member joins.
