Licenses
There are two licenses currently available at the enterprise level to users:
Power apps per user - this license is best suited for app users, as well as UX developers.
FPC - this license is reserved for users who are doing developer level activity, require the Field Service, Customer Service Enterprise or Project Service Automation functions.
Go to http://myaccount.microsoft.com and click Subscriptions (in the left hand menu or one of the tiles on the right)
On the Subscriptions page, scroll down to see a full list of your Microsoft Subscriptions. These may include Office 365 E3, Enterprise Mobility + Security E3, etc.
When checking to see if you have a Power Apps license, you’re looking for either a Power Apps per User license or the three licenses associated under an FPC license (Dynamics 365 Field Service Attach to Qualifying Dynamics 365 Base Offer, Dynamics 365 Project Operations Attach and Dynamics 365 Customer Service Enterprise).
