Infrastructure

The following diagram illustrates how each component and system work together.

• Forms are created in the FormBuilder Admin UI, and saved as JSON documents

• The Accelerated Forms Engine (which is front-facing), retrieves the corresponding JSON document for the indicated service, and displays it to users/clients

• When business-logic is required, the engine communicates with the accelerated forms service API via REST calls to retrieve, validate, or process data

• All data-related transactions, whether directly through the engine, or through the API go through the MTOA Platform, which in turn consumes the MTOA API
