Finance: Hard Commitment Report

Open TC BI LaunchPad.
Click “Documents” tab.
Click Search.
Enter “Hard commitment” in Search box and hit Enter. Choose “FIN033 - Hard Commitments” report from the list that shows up to the right.
In Prompts pop-up, enter your RC
Enter one or more Line Objects. For consultant expenses, you could enter “2419”, for example.
You can enter Allotment(s) too - but I didn’t want to add another screenshot. Now click OK to run the report.
Report should now load. You can work with the report online - but there is a timeout that will cause the page to stop responding. Huge pain if you’re working… Instead, you can download the report by clicking Export button and then clicking OK on the Export window.
PDF report will download to your default file download folder.
Bonus tip: when working with PDF report, make use of the bookmarks to help you find the info you need even faster.
