To submit Marine Medical Examination Reports online, please follow the steps below:
Click on the following link: https://wwwapps.tc.gc.ca/Saf-Sec-Sur/4/MME-ANON. You can add that link to your browser's favourites to log in for subsequent visits.
On the Marine Medical Examiner Resources page, click the green "Login" button.
Select a sign-in option that you registered for and follow the instructions of the method you choose.
After you arrive at the "Verify your TC Medical Hub account" page, you will receive a verification code to your email registered with TC Marine Medical Hub. Enter that code and click the "Continue" button.
On the Medical Hub Welcome page, click the "New report" button to start submitting a new Marine Medical Examination Report.
