TC Data Analytics - Data Governance Discussion

The purpose of this section is to document a few scenarios that we can present to the Enterprise Analytics group for input on issues around data governance.

These are meant to be "straw dogs" so don't worry about the fine details.

For example, I'm hoping that by running through a scenario, we conclude that it's a GIS app and the Enterprise Analytics team says "don't care" with the caveat that we are pulling the GIS data from the Data Lake.
