NoticeManager

The Notice Manager component allows the ability to manipulate notices. This includes creating, removing, retrieving, and updating an notice. Further capabilities allow the ability to retrieve a list of all notices, retrieve a list filtered by user id, retrieve a list filtered by service ids.
