ServiceRegulatedEntityManager

The Service Regulated Entity Manager component allows the ability to manipulate a regulated entity. This includes retrieving, adding, and updating regulated entity ids. Further capabilities allow the ability to get a collection of service request regulates entity values for a specified service request.
