Service Team Exploring Ways to Create a Digital Service (30%)

Teams who have NOT worked with myTC before who are looking to create a digital service. (either net new or the replacement of an existing service). There are 2 types of team.

• First is a team this is looking to use our technologies but have the resources to build things themselves.

• Second is a team that is looking for both our technologies as well has our technical assistance to deliver a digital service.

The distinction is not always clear as even teams that plan to build things for themselves inevitably require a great deal of support.
