System Overview
The AccessPro Redaction - Access to Information Database System (ACPR) is a COTS (Commercial-off-the Shelf) imaging software product that is designed specifically for information disclosure, which provides severing tools in the electronic redaction process. It provides document scanning capability, redaction tools and reports designed to build consistency and confidence in an electronic redaction process. This application is used by the Access to Information and Privacy Branch of Transport Canada.

AccessPro Redaction (APR) est un imagiciel disponible sur le marché. Spécifiquement conçu pour la divulgation de renseignements, il fournit des outils de retranchement utiles au processus de rédaction électronique. Il permet de numériser des documents et fournit des outils de rédaction et des rapports conçus pour assurer l’uniformité et la fiabilité du processus de rédaction électronique. Cette application est utilisée par la sous-direction de l’accès à l’information et de la protection des renseignements personnels de Transports Canada.
