System Overview
Qualiware is a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) product from the company, Qualiware. Software support is provided by CloseReach, a Qualiware partner headquartered in Ottawa. Qualiware is a web application and it has both browser and desktop application clients. The Qualiware application could be used for the following functions: graphical modeling and simulation; management of the enterprise architecture templates, artifacts, methodological frameworks to assist with activities in visualizing, analyzing and optimizing the business, technical, systems and data architectures within TC.
This tool is planned to be used by the IM/IT Architecture and Planning Branch to organize, analyze, maintain and manage Enterprise Architecture artifacts associated with on-going IM/IT investments and existing systems operating within the TC technical landscape.

Qualiware est un logiciel disponible sur le marché (LDSM) de la société Qualiware. Le support logiciel est fourni par CloseReach, un partenaire de Qualiware dont le siège social est à Ottawa. Qualiware est une application web et il a à la fois un client fureteur et une application clinet de bureau. L'application Qualiware pourrait être utilisée pour les fonctions suivantes: modélisation graphique et simulation; La gestion des modèles d'architecture d'entreprise, les artefacts, les cadres méthodologiques pour aider à la visualisation, l'analyse et l'optimisation des architectures d'entreprise, techniques, systèmes et données au sein de TC.
Cet outil devrait être utilisé par la Direction de l'architecture et de la planification de la GI-TI pour organiser, analyser, gérer et gérer les artefacts de l'architecture d'entreprise associés aux investissements en GI / TI en cours et aux systèmes existants fonctionnant dans le paysage technique de TC.
