System Overview
The AccessPro Case Management - Access to Information Database System (APCM) is a COTS (Commercial-off-the Shelf) ‘Smart’ client/server product. This automated case management system gives organizations a flexible and easy-to-use solution for managing requests for information with a proven ability to increase the efficiency of the business process. This application is used by the Access to Information and Privacy Branch of Transport Canada.

L’outil AccessPro Case Management - Système de base de données sur l’accès à l’information (APCM) est un logiciel disponible sur le marché (LDSM) intuitif, selon un modèle client-serveur. Ce système automatisé de gestion de dossiers offre aux entreprises une solution souple et conviviale pour gérer les demandes de renseignements, et constitue un moyen éprouvé d’améliorer l’efficacité des processus opérationnels. Cette application est utilisée par la sous-direction de l’accès à l’information et de la protection des renseignements personnels de Transports Canada.
