Learning Profile

The learning profile is a list of the skills that each member of Team Kraken currently has or would like to develop over the course of the Vessel Registry project.
During each sprint planning or sprint refinement session, learning opportunities will be identified based on the each team member’s current and future skills. The general idea is that team members who have a skill that others would like to learn can pair program (or collaborate) on PBI’s where a teachable skill is required.
For example, Maggie could work with Walter to learn how you implement CDTS in Blazor and Jervin could work with Lisa to learn how to create stakeholder interview templates.
