How to view SMGS tasks historic

Here is how to access the SMGS tasks historic. It can be use to review a closed task or to get the number of how many services under EGIS / SIGE group. The same process can be done to get “Incidents”.

 

  1. Access http://smgs:30201/sm/index.do and login

  2. Click on “Service Desk” > “Search Interaction Records”

     

  3. On “Look For” select “Change Task”, on “Assignment Group” input “EGIS / SIGE” end click “Search”. You can also select “Incidents” on “Look For”

     

  4. The result should contain the list of all tasks assigned to EGIS/SIGE group on SMGS. The details of each task can be viewed by selecting the item on the list, and the total number of records can be found at the bottom of the list
