Broken Download Links in PCOC Admin

Problem

Download links for instructions and template files broken. User cannot download upload instructions on PCOC Cardholder upload page. When the user clicks any of the download links they are redirected to the login page.

Solution

The issue lies with certain servers which may not all have the static files.

Ensure the static files you are trying to are available on all load-balanced servers.
Contact web team if additional help is needed.

Make sure all the static files are labelled as “static” to make clear which files need to be replicated.
