RDIMS links: New Syntax

The syntax for RDIMS links has changed in 2024.

The old syntax, http://mytc/RDIMS/document name, no longer works.

The new syntax is https://mytc-montc.tc.gc.ca/rdims.php?id=Document.

For example, The link for http://mytc/RDIMS/8026700 is now
https://mytc-montc.tc.gc.ca/rdims.php?id=8026700

Note: RDIMS documents can also be found via RDIMS search functionality in the Windows Explorer DM Extension on your desktop.
