New User Onboarding

Before our session, please set up your access to the web form by following the steps described below:

  1. Click the following link to set up your account: [User List + Activation Codes.xlsx (sharepoint.com)]

  2. Select the language for your onboarding experience.

  3. Select a sign-in option and follow the instructions for either of the methods you choose.  

·     Sign in or register with GCKey  

·     Sign in with a secure online banking partner (Better client experience to avoid remembering another password). Your bank will not share any of your financial or banking information with Transport Canada, and your bank will not know which government service you are using.  

The selected sign-in option should be used for all future logins. 

 

 If you selected the GCKey sign in option:

 3.1 Once you set up a new GCKey or use an already existing GCKey, you will see the GCKey Welcome screen. Click the "Continue" button to move to myTC Account screen.

 3.2 On the myTC Account screen, you will see the Marine Medical Examination service card and other TC services if registered. 

 

If you selected Sign in with a secure online banking partner, 

3.1 You will see the "Select a Sign-In partner" page.

3.2 Once selected, you will be taken to your bank/credit union login page. Please, follow your financial institution login steps.

 

Step 3 concludes setting up your account. To continue to the Medical Hub, click the "View Activities" link on the Marine Medical Examination service card.

 

4. You will see the "Verify your TC Medical Hub account" page. You will be emailed verification code to your email registered with TC Medical Hub [ ]. Enter that code and click the "Continue" button.

5. Then, you will see the Medical Hub Welcome page.

6. The "New form" button will take you to the "Submit report" page with the digital Marine Medical Exam Form.

7. To access the web form for future submissions, please use https://wwwapps.tc.gc.ca/Saf-Sec-Sur/4/MME-ANON. You can add that link to your browser favorites to log in for subsequent visits.
