Switch Login Method Workaround

Provide the user with their original activation link before sending the following steps.

 

  1. To begin the process of switching your login to [GCKey or Sign-In Partner], visit your account activation page: [Activation Link]

  2. Choose your new secure sign-in option, GCKey or Sign-In Partner.

  3. For GCKey, sign in with an existing GCKey or create a new GCKey by clicking the Sign Up button.

  4. For Sign-In Partner, select your financial institution and log into your online banking account.

  5. Visit the Marine Medical Hub and authenticate with your new chosen method: https://wwwapps.tc.gc.ca/Saf-Sec-Sur/4/MME-ANON
