Context:
Inspectors currently use a checklist to confirm they checked things during RTL and FTP inspections. Some managers require this checklist to ensure the inspection is done properly.
Document for reference:
This is for concentrates.
Requirements:
-Need to be mandatory. Can’t submit time without it being uploaded.
-there is a checklist for RTL inspection and one checklist for FTP inspection.
-There’s a checklist for each cargo type.
-Should have an upload feature, because sometimes users still use paper.
-digital checklist? Here or later.
To note:
-Maybe should have the option of marking that “checklist not here because they’re uploading one doc with both checklists“ because use case by Eugen (manager of Montreal) mentioned that he usually has one inspector doing both inspections, so they just scan both documents in one scan.
They could upload the same doc twice then.
Wireframe idea:
Certificate panel, but called “Checklist”. Has the same “Add” button, has a “opt-out checkbox“, can delete and download. Maybe view?
