Secure Cabinet - Enterprise (Minto) Building

There are Civil Aviation applications which reside on workstations in a secure cabinet located on the 11th Floor of the Enterprise Building (Minto) located at 427 Laurier Ave. West in downtown Ottawa. The secure cabinet is located next to the kitchen and can only be opened via a combination lock. The combination lock credentials are stored in the PINS application.
The workstations located in the secure cabinet are:
DAPLS MPDIS Workstation (Production) - NCRWKIT112988
Used for processing multiple jobs
DAPLS-MPDIS is a sub-system of DAPLS that transmits booklet and label information each weekday morning at 6:00AM to the MPDIS system. It simultaneously receives booklet numbers and other status information from the MPDIS system which it uses to update the DAPLS database. MPDIS is a Marine application. NCRWKIT112184 – Was previously used for DAPLS-CBN. No longer operational
NCRWKIT100749 - Civil Aviation TFS automated build and deployment workstation – currently, this is used only by RPAS project development team. When a developer checks in a code in Dev, it builds and deploy to dev web server automatically.
2025-01-30 - Confirmation received that NCRWKIT100749 is not in use by RPAS anymore. All the services that were used were migrated to a different place. It is safe to shut it down/decommission.
