Cloud Selection from Bill

Bill attended an IBM presentation on their cloud technology:

He noted that IBM's sale rep said a downside of AWS is Black Friday could impact availability.

From Kevin's point of view, there are SLAs in place that define service levels so Black Friday "should not" be an issue.

Bill also relayed that the IBM sales rep said that some containers move to other regions without the client's knowledge.

TC would need to do its research and ensure that this cannot occur; however, at this time, the Esri COTS is not container-friendly.
