The mailing and distribution module is used to forward Airworthiness documents, by email, fax or mail, to Aircraft Owners and members of the Special Interest Groups subsystem ( SIGS MODULE ) usually by product association or by query of other database elements (example, all CESSNAs over 12,500 lbs etc)

The main page displays a list of previous searches, which can be filtered by ALL, NOT COMPLETED or COMPLETED.

The sidebar menu allows the user to -

  1. SEARCH OLD - search through previous distribution lists

  2. BUILD LIST - this is where distribution lists are compiled by various methods

  3. LABEL TEMPLATE - a word template into which the user imports mailing data to produce labels
