Decryption permissions

In order to be able to decrypt and process incoming files Decryption permissions from the Department of Justice is needed.

Please note that team members can only able to decrypt emails starting from the date and time the request is approved. It won’t be possible to decrypt old emails prior to the approval.

Without this permission, as well as for emails prior to the permissions being approved for the account(s) the following error is displayed.

Send qingcherry.zhang@justice.gc.ca an email with a request similar to the example below with

the Full name / Email address / Login ID of the account(s) to be added.
