Unable to generate new activation code for CAMES (Transferred to Wiki)

If an authorized CAME Admin user cannot generate a new access code for a CAME:

1. check that 2FA access was added to their account. It has to be added manually.
   See Create 2FA admin account for CAMIS - BSD - Civil Aviation - Confluence (atlassian.net) for instructions on adding and troubleshooting 2FA access for a CAME Admin account.

2. The tc_directory folder is required in the directory.
