Certificate/Wrong Document is not displaying in NICO
Access the NAPA application by selecting NAPA_SNAPA in the Citrix Explorer.
Open the project in question in the NAPA application.
The Certificates are displayed first if the project has a scanned signed certificate Document Type. The attachment will be displayed.
Otherwise a PDF version of the certificate will be displayed from the Mod Project Certificate Tab.
A problem could be that multiple scanned signed certificate rows exist in the Document Module for that particular project. In that case, the wrong attachment is displayed or the document has no attachment. Only one (1) row should exist.
If no scanned signed certificate rows exist, verify that the certificate has been created and issued on the Certificate tab page.
If a certificate exists, open the certificate in Historical mode and make a minor change (add a space and delete the space) and then save again.
This will trigger the NDWL Emailers to recreate the PDF version of the document. (Wait a few minutes and check the NICO site again)
To go to Historical mode, within the NAPA application, go to Tools Menu → Options → System Options
Check the Enabled checkbox on within the Historical Input Mode/MODS group box and select the OK command button. This will allow the modification of Issued Projects data.
