Modify Supporting Documents Code Table Values

Users can not modify all parameters in the Supporting Documents Code Table CARS_CT_SUPPORTING_DOC_CODES. In some cases, they will ask for a DATA change to one of the values.

For Example, Request for Mark Renewal was asking for Custody and Control Document to be provided and in fact it is not needed. System Administrator asked to change the value for that field CC_DOCUMENT_IND to ‘N’ instead of ‘Y’
