Modifying data on an issued TC/TSO project

Go into TOOLS -> System Options menu 

Set the Historical input mode TC to checked.

And then you can modify the Holder or other data on the TC/TSO project

NOTE You will likely need to recreate the documents in the Documents module if the change is significant.
