3D Scene Video

The video shows how to create a 3D Scene in ArcGIS Pro, with ArcGIS Pro Basic use license and 3D Analyst extension, using data in a fileGDB, and then publish this 3D Scene to Portal. Note the data has different coordinate system from web scene in Portal, so creating a local scene is required.
