A user needs their password reset and account unlocked

In general, pass this issue to the System ADMIN as they have the ability to reset the password and unlock the account.  If they are not available and it is urgent, do the following:

1 – Logon as Admin

2 – Click the Security ICON

3 – Click the USER Row

4 – Click the Reset Pwd ICON

5 – Confirm Password RESET

6 – You will be notified of the reset and the new password will be placed on the clipboard.

7 – Notify the USER with an Encrypted email.  You can paste the password into the email with (Control+V).
