Re-activating Delegates (Finding invalid delegates)

a recent change to NDWL was to put invalid delegates onto a filtered page in the ADMIN module.

To see invalid users, you should look at the Admin Module -> User Status and there is a check box at the top.

If you check it, the page will load the invalid users and you can re-activate the password(in Login Status section) or Reset Password etc
