Scenarios

  1. TC is struggling to catch up with industry and ensure they are operating safely because of us, not despite of us.

  2. TC Smart Maps is a tool that gives us a shot at accomplishing this. It combines data from several disjointed, difficult to navigate systems and databases and presents information we need quickly in a format that is most accessible and effective for our work as Navigation Protection Officers.

Benefit / Outcome

  1. Lawrence’s willingness and ability to incorporate and tweak any feature that might benefit our program has paid huge dividends to our Program.

  2. I rely on TC Smart Maps to complete my work effectively and efficiently. It saves Officers and Administrative Support an incredible amount of time (and frustration) when completing all the tasks listed above. Even if we took additional time to complete these tasks without the TC Smart Maps, the results would not be acceptable. We truly depend on the TC Smart Maps to deliver the service we need to deliver.
