This is usually requested when a Service Team Officer finds a DELETED Entity is still available to be selected when registering an aircraft.
Login to TOAD or a database tool in CCARCSE PRODUCTION
Select that Entity with the specific name in CARS_ENTITY (You should find 2 or more)
For Example “COMPANY ABC”
Find the “Inactive” Entity with ACTIVE_FLAG = “I”
Add the word “ - Inactive” to the Legal Name of the “Inactive” Entity depending if it is an Individual OR Company
“COMPANY ABC - Inactive”
Commit
