Request to indicate a DELETED Entity is "Inactive"

This is usually requested when a Service Team Officer finds a DELETED Entity is still available to be selected when registering an aircraft.

• Login to TOAD or a database tool in CCARCSE PRODUCTION

• Select that Entity with the specific name in CARS_ENTITY (You should find 2 or more)

  • For Example “COMPANY ABC”

• Find the “Inactive” Entity with ACTIVE_FLAG = “I”

• Add the word “ - Inactive” to the Legal Name of the “Inactive” Entity depending if it is an Individual OR Company

  • “COMPANY ABC - Inactive”

• Commit
