Delegate cannot access Project

A semi frequent problem is that the delegate cannot view the project.

This is typically because the delegate is not associated with the projects applicant company.

Confirm that the project should have the applicant switched over.

(The delegate is likely associated with the Holder or Delegate companies instead).

But Security in NDWL only allows a user to see the projects associated to the Applicant company.

(If the user works with multiple companies they need to have separate User IDs for each applicant company.
