Giving Admin Access to NAPA and NDWL
For any new Administrators for NAPA they should be given NAPA_SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR in each region it is required in.
They should not require additional roles but it is ok to have them as the system takes the best security for each function linked.
If it is a temporary grant you can also populate the end date to revoke the authority.
If the TC Users require NDWL access it is a bit harder to accomplish. Note this is for administrators and other tc users)
The user will need to be added as a Company person in NAPA to NDWL TC EMPLOYEE COMPANY
Then an existing Admin can go into NDWL and assign the admin role required for 1 Region only (usually HQ). Click on Admin Module link
Then Select the Region and Create User
You need to select the new company person, give them the same User id as TC user id
Check TC employee, and select OPI/Back up OPI
Adding users TC users (Non Admin is the same process)
Then you will get a confirmation screen of the user creation, and notification of an email being sent to the user
There are already Admin Roles in the Various Other regions (Ask for the ADMIN Password from a Developer or another Admin)
